What is your favorite aspect of working in the hospitality industry?
My favorite thing about hospitality is that we have the opportunity to create unique experiences and it’s very rewarding to see the results through guest feedback.
Is there a service or aspect of the hotel that you are particularly proud of?
The tranquility, serenity and breathtaking views of Hotel Riomar are truly exceptional. Together with our dedicated team who constantly go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences, I am very proud to say that these two elements together make Riomar truly special by creating a home away from home.
What is your favorite food or drink offered by Hotel Riomar Ibiza and why?
It’s quite challenging to select just one dish from our menu, but if I had to choose just one, I would go for the bluefin tuna poke for the uniqueness of this version and the sparkling sangria because I love the mix between the fruity sweetness and the bubbles on sunny days of Ibiza, on the beach or by the pool.
What has been your most memorable travel experience and how has it influenced your approach to hospitality?
My most memorable travel experiences have greatly shaped my approach to hospitality: Japan and the Philippines taught me genuine hospitality; Dubai exemplified luxury service, while Bali showcased the art of creating memorable experiences from the moment you arrive.
How do you think your work at Hotel Riomar Ibiza has influenced your personal and professional growth?
My experience at Hotel Riomar has been very positive, being here since pre-opening. This journey provided me with invaluable skills to tackle the various challenges inherent in any hotel opening. Additionally, being part of the Marriott company has provided me with abundant growth opportunities and a comprehensive understanding of the global hospitality industry from all perspectives.
